Directions:
Office Location: 961 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ, in Bergen County. The office is one block off of Route 4 and easily accessible from the NJ Turnpike, Route 80 and the George Washington Bridge.
Please read this: Dr. Gross' office is in a long sprawling white clapboard building that looks like a house. It is a corner building. Entrance to the office is on the side of the building, but not the side facing the street (Minnell Place) Take any empty parking spot.
Directions from Northern New Jersey or Rockland County: Take Route 17 South, or the Garden State Parkway South to Route 4 East. Follow instructions below for "Exit at Teaneck Road."
Exit at "Teaneck Road": The "Teaneck Road" exit has two ramps. Take the one that says "Ridge Field Park." You will also see a blue and white "H" since you will be heading towards the hospital. Go 20 seconds to the first stoplight. 961 Teaneck Road is a white building at the far left corner. Make a left at the stoplight, drive alongside the building and make a right into the parking lot behind the building.
Directions from Southern New Jersey: Take Route 17 North, or the Garden State Parkway North to Route 4 East. Follow instructions above "Exit at Teaneck Road."
Directions from the NJ Turnpike: Take the Turnpike north. Stick to the right (local lanes), exit at 70 A-B. Follow the sign to Teaneck. Make a right turn at the second light onto Teaneck Road heading towards the hospital. Proceed to the fourth stoplight and you will be standing in front of my office building. Make a right turn at the light, drive alongside the building and make a right into the parking lot behind the building.
Dr. Gross' office is less than 8 minutes from NYC (Manhattan) via the George Washington Bridge and is accessible to residents of New York City (especially Manhattan, the Bronx, and Queens), Riverdale, New York, and Westchester County, New York.
Directions from Riverdale, NY, Westchester, NY, and New York, NY:
Take the George Washington Bridge to New Jersey; your goal is to take Route 4 (which begins here and goes west into NJ). If you take the upper level, there are three consecutive signs to follow: the first sign will simply show the number 4 with a circle around it; the next sign will say “4 Hackensack/Local.” In about 20 seconds you’ll have another choice, take “Exit 72A 4 West to Paramus.”
If you take the lower level, follow the sign to Route 4. Then choose “Exit 72A 4 West to Paramus.”
"Exit at Teaneck Road": In about 6 minutes take the “Teaneck Road” exit, follow the “H” (for hospital). It will also say “Ridgefield Park.” Go one block to the first stoplight. My office is the white building on the far left corner. Our parking lot is behind the building; take any empty spot. See paragraph at the top of this list of directions beginning with the words “Please read this” for office entrance.
Directions from Staten Island, New York: Take Goethals Bridge to New Jersey Turnpike North. See above, "Directions from the NJ Turnpike".
